Detect and classify global data risks with comprehensive visualization for data mapping and reporting for modern Enterprise.

• Consent Status Reporting (Beta): Continued improvements to website monitor consent compliance reporting introduced in 2.71.0. The monitor now provides more accurate reporting on consent compliance of individual assets discovered on websites, helping identify assets that load pre-consent and ignore consent. Enhanced UI support for reviewing different consent compliance issues and improved workflows for triaging discovered assets.
• Website Monitor UI Enhancements: Numerous improvements to the Action Center experience for reviewing web monitor results:
  • Changed default sort order for discovered assets from compliance status to asset name for easier navigation.
  • Fixed issue where users were unable to cancel out of the Add New System dialog.
  • Fixed pagination bugs in the consent issues modal that were affecting results on the page behind the modal.
  • Resolved Action Center modal not closing after successfully adding a system from Fides Compass.
  • Prevented stale data by clearing row selections when underlying data changes in Action Center tables.
  • Fixed bug that prevented removal of categories of consent from web monitor results.
  • Improved toast notifications to truncate long asset and system names.
  • Fixed an issue where expanded the categories of consent table cells would collapse if new values were added.
  • Fixed issue where adding a category of consent moved items off-page.
• Enhanced System Inventory: Additional updates to improve the system inventory experience including: actions now available in table rows, improved wrapping and overflow in cells with long values, and updated link styling for system names.
• Manage Datasets: Fides now returns a user-friendly error message when attempting to delete a dataset that is linked to an integration.
• Monitor Configuration Improvements:
  • Migrated the monitor table to ANT Design components for improved consistency.
  • Fixed an issue where scheduled monitors would automatically execute after saving a change to the configuration, regardless of the schedule.
  • Improved performance of monitor tasks API with database-level pagination and optimized relationship loading.
• Custom Field Fixes: Fixed issue with custom field values not saving correctly when applied to data uses on systems.

Lethe

Enterprise grade privacy request management and processing with a single orchestration layer for DSRs across vendors and systems

• Manual Task Digests: Introduced recurring digest notifications for manual tasks that can be sent to external users. Digests provide regular updates about tasks that are due and secure access to the external tasks portal. By default, digests are configured to be sent on Monday mornings at 9 AM ET when assignees have open tasks, featuring a customizable template. Digests can be further customized via the API for different schedules to accommodate global organizations.
• Privacy Request Manager (Beta): Added new beta privacy request manager screen with improved user experience.
• Enhanced Error Handling: Added error handling that was preventing some DSRs from completing when backups to Postgres would fail.

Janus

High performance consent recording and orchestration for data sharing, built for enterprise data engineering and AI pipelines.

• Experience Configuration Fix: Fixed an issue where updating an Experience in Admin UI could potentially result in a browser error.

Integrations

• Audit History: Integration and integration secret configurations now have audit history stored in the Fides database for improved tracking and compliance.
• Salesforce Updates: Updated Salesforce dataset to remove deprecated CleanStatus field.
• Segment Improvements: Segment and Segment Unify integrations now use the Public API endpoint for erasure requests.

Fides core

• Consolidated Notifications: Combined the "Messaging" and "Messaging Providers" pages into a single "Notifications" page in the Admin UI for improved navigation and configuration management.
• Accessibility Improvements: Fixed several accessibility issues discovered in Admin UI to ensure better usability for all users.
