Catalog monitors connect to a data catalog your organization already maintains and read the metadata it holds, instead of connecting to each datastore individually. Astralis automatically applies Fides Ontology labels, enriching catalogs with privacy and data governance context.

Take action on results

Discovered resources appear in the Action Center under the monitor that found them, and in the Schema Explorer for field-level review. From there you can:

• Decision fields: Confirm or change the data categories applied to each field.
• Filter to triage: Narrow by Status, Confidence, or Data category to focus review.
• Bulk actions: Apply categories or approve classifications across many selected fields at once.
