Exporting as PDF
This feature requires Fides Cloud or Fides Enterprise. For more information, talk to our solutions team. (opens in a new tab)
Once your assessment answers are complete, you can export the assessment as a PDF suitable for sharing with regulators, data processors, or for signing.
What the PDF includes
The exported PDF presents a clean question-and-answer format:
- All questions and their current answers
- Formatted for readability by external parties
Use the PDF when submitting a DPIA to a supervisory authority, sharing with a data processor or joint controller, or distributing to stakeholders.
Generating the PDF
From the assessment detail page, click Generate report in the top-right corner. The button is enabled only when the assessment has at least one completed question group.
The Generate report button is disabled while the assessment is still in progress with no completed groups. Complete at least one question group to enable it.
